'The New Edition Story' to premiere in Chicago

CHICAGO (WLS) -- "The New Edition Story" is premiering Tuesday night in Chicago. It follows the band that formed in 1978 and rose to fame in the early 80s.

The three-part miniseries airs later this month on BET. Luke James plays Johnny Gill. He stopped by ABC7's State Street Studios to talk about the series.
