Man, 59, charged in bomb threat at Glenbrook North HS

NORTHBROOK, Ill. (WLS) -- A 59-year-old man was charged Tuesday in connection with a bomb threat at Glenbrook North High School earlier this month, police said.

Michael R. Schmidt, of Northbrook, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, according to the Northbrook Police Department.

On Feb. 14, an anonymous caller made a bomb threat to the school. Police inspected the building and grounds and did not find anything.
