CHICAGO (WLS) -- Jose Sanchez, a policy analyst from the Better Government Association stopped by ABC 7 Chicago to discuss a coalition that is encouraging the Rahm Emanuel administration to make changes in the new police union contact so there is more transparency and a better chance to hold officers accused of misconduct or abuse accountable.
