ABC7's Cheryl Burton honored by Girl Scouts

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Our congratulations go out to our colleague Cheryl Burton.

Thursday night the Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana honored Cheryl with their Luminary Award.

It was presented at the organization's annual dinner celebrating the achievements of civic and corporate leaders and their impact on young women.

Crate and Barrel founder Carole Segal received the To Get Her There award and Deloitte received the Corporate Appreciation Award.
