Better Business Bureau: Verify IRS calls

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A new warning from the Better Business Bureau came out Thursday morning. The IRS just started doing something that might confuse people and make scammers' jobs easier.

The I-Team learned the IRS is now using a collection agency. Steve Bernas, president and CEO of the BBB of Chicago and Northern Illinois, is worried because taxpayers might not be able to tell the difference between the real IRS calling and a scammer.
