Robert Hack, Jonathan Koziol charged with trying to hit off-duty officer with car

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Charges were filed late Thursday against two men who allegedly tried to hit an off-duty police officer with their car.

Police said it happened in the parking lot of the Jewel at Foster and Harlem on Wednesday night.

The suspects were allegedly shoplifting when the off-duty officer confronted them, and police say, Robert Hack and Jonathan Koziol tried to hit the officer with their car.
