CHICAGO (WLS) -- Chicago police say they have charged two juveniles involved in a West Side police pursuit and crash Tuesday afternoon on the Eisenhower Expressway.
The juveniles were both taken into custody following the Ike crash. They are charged with misdemeanor counts of reckless conduct and criminal trespass to a vehicle.
Three of the four lanes on the outbound Eisenhower were closed for several hours after the crash.
Police say the pursuit started at Western and Harrison in the Medical Center neighborhood and ended at 4:47 p.m. with a crash into a semi on the Eisenhower at Kostner. It was not yet known why police started pursuing the vehicle.
No one was hurt in the pursuit and in the accident.
