2 shot in West Englewood

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Two men were seriously injured Tuesday morning in a shooting on Chicago's Southwest Side.

Police responded to a report of a shooting in the 1800-block of West 58th Street.

A 27-year-old man was shot in the back and 30-year-old man was shot in the chest, police said. Both victims were transported to Stroger Hospital and are listed in serious condition.

Area South detectives are investigating. No one is in custody.
