2 teens shot in Greater Grand Crossing

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Two teenage girls are recovering after a shooting in the city's Greater Grand Crossing neighborhood, police said.

Police say the incident happened in the 7300-block of South Dante around 9:30 p.m. Friday.

A 14-year-old girl was hit in the leg and taken to Comer Children's Hospital in good condition. A 15-year-old was grazed in the head and taken to Advocate Medical Center in Oak Lawn in stable condition.

Police have not released details of what led up to the shooting.
