HINSDALE, Ill. (WLS) -- Sources tell ABC7 Eyewitness News that Hinsdale Police are questioning a "person of interest" in relation to themurder of Andrea Urban earlier in May.

Officials told ABC7 Eyewitness News, "Hinsdale police put out a critical reach bulletin to law enforcement only late Tuesday night which included a photo of a 'person of interest' that Hinsdale police wanted to talk to in regard to Andrea Urban's death."

The bulletin described the person as a black male who was wearing black skinny jeans and a black hoodie, previously seen wearing a HI-VIZ safety vest. He may also have a Dodge Charger.

Urban was found in her home in the 700-block of Town Place on May 4, beaten to death. Police said she was found by a family member.

Paper lanterns in honor of Urban line the block where she once lived, and her neighbors wish her family peace after weeks of uncertainty.

"The idea of closure on their part. I mean, it's never going to be ring Andrea back. Best you can hope for is to help them get the closure that they need," said Stewart Seman, neighbor.

Hinsdale Police did not return ABC7's calls Thursday. Earlier this month, investigators said they were making progress. They had asked the public to look at their surveillance video from the day of the murder and report any suspicious persons.

Police searched Friday for any sign of who may have murdered a mother of two in her home in southwest suburban Hinsdale.

Neighbors said Urban was battling leukemia and was a strong proponent of medical cannabis, often speaking out publicly and crediting it with improving her quality of life. Urban was also an actress with parts on television shows and in commercials.

Police said Urban had two children, both minors who lived with her and are now in the care of relatives.

There is a $5,000 reward being offered for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of her murderer or murderers.
