Salsa legends perform at Chicago's Puerto Rican Festival
The 35th annual Puerto Rican Festival is coming to Chicago?s Humboldt Park neighborhood.

CHICAGO (WLS) -- The 35th annual Puerto Rican Festival is coming to Chicago's Humboldt Park neighborhood! From June 15-18, 2017 visitors can try delicious Puerto Rican cuisine, listen and dance to great music, and enjoy carnival-style attractions; all in the heart of the city's Puerto Rican community. Salsa legends Ismael Miranda, Tito Nieves, Charlie Aponte and Andy Montanez headline performances sure to get everyone dancing. Also attending this year's fun, Miss World 2016 Stephanie Del Valle. Along with the festival, the 39th annual Puerto Rican People's Parade kicks off on June 17 starting at 2 p.m. on Division Street from Western Avenue to Sacramento Avenue. Alejandro Riero from EventSource joined ABC 7 live from the festival to talk about all the fun.
