Firefighters battle River West building fire
A large building fire broke out Nov. 5, 2017 in the 600-block of North Milwaukee Avenue on the city's Near North Side.

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Chicago firefighters battled a large building fire late Sunday in the River West neighborhood on the city's Near North Side.

The 2-11 alarm blaze broke out at about 10:30 p.m. in a three-story building in the 600-block of North Milwaukee Avenue, according the Chicago Fire Department. The blaze took more than an hour to put out the fire.

No injuries were reported.
