KPMG Women's PGA Championship returns to Illinois

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Some of the best female golfers will be back in the Chicago area this summer for a championship tournament.

The KPMG Women's PGA Championship will take place at Kemper Lakes Golf Club in June.

Championship Director Jackie Endsley joined ABC7 to talk about the championship and about the Chicago Golf Show in Rosemont this weekend.

Last year, the event was held in Olympia Field and this year the championship heads north to Kemper Lakes.

The KPMG Women's PGA Championship will be held June 26 through July 1.
