CHICAGO (WLS) -- The city awarded 25 more businesses grant money as part of an ongoing investment in neighborhood businesses, the Mayor's Office said Tuesday.

Mayor Rahm Emanuel announced over $3 million in grants through the neighborhood opportunity fund. The fund is financed by voluntary contributions from city construction projects.

The 25 winners were selected for their potential to create change, their business experience and neighborhood needs.
