Broken election machinery, dragged-out candidate petition changes and nasty campaign ads were just a few elements of Tuesday's primary election that had some candidates crying foul. The Better Government Association's Andy Shaw performed a post mortem on the process and talked with ABC7's Stacey Baca about some possible reforms he thinks should be up for leading up to the November general election.
