CHICAGO (WLS) -- Four teens and one adult were injured in a rollover crash in the 100-block of South Lower Wacker Drive.
Police said a Mercedes traveling south on Lower Wacker struck a Chevrolet Equinox around 8:15 p.m. Sunday.
The 16-year-old male driver of the Equinox and a 16-year-old passenger were taken to Stroger Hospital. Two other 16-year-old passengers were transported to Lurie Children's Hospital and a 20-year-old man was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital for treatment, according to police.
All of the victims are expected to recover after suffering non-life threatening injuries in the crash.
The driver of the Mercedes, 61, refused medical treatment.
Police ticketed the 16-year-old driver for driving without insurance and not following a sign that prohibits turns.
