5 injured in CTA bus accident near Grand, Morgan

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Five people were injured - one seriously - in an accident involving a CTA bus on Chicago's Near West Side.

Officials said a #65 Grand bus was involved in an accident with another vehicle around 4:40 p.m. near Grand and Morgan.

One person was taken to Stroger Hospital in serious-to-critical condition. Two other adults were taken to Northwestern in fair-to-serious condition. Two children were taken to Lurie Children's Hospital in good condition.
