The temps are beginning to feel like fall and there's plenty to do in Chicago this weekend to celebrate the season.

Boo! at the Zoo - Lincoln Park Zoo

Brookfield Zoo's annual Boo! at the Zoo gets underway this weekend with plenty of fun for little ghosts and goblins of all ages! From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, they'll have Halloween crafts, scarecrow building, a corn maze, pumpkin carver and plenty of zoo chats. The costume parade and contest gets underway at 1 p.m. both days. Boo at the Zoo is this weekend and next!

Zombies vs. Vampires Pub Crawl - Wicker Park

For the 21 and older crowd, Saturday at 2 p.m. is the Zombies vs. Vampires Pub Crawl in Wicker Park. Start at Milwaukee, north of Division for your map and schedule. Collect enough stickers and become eligible for a cash prize for best costume!

"The Bardy Bunch" - Mercury Theater

On the theatre beat, "The Bardy Bunch": the war of the families Partridge and Brady is a musical parody, Shakespeare sitcom mash-up going on now at the Mercury Theater. It runs through Sunday, Oct. 23.

Dr. Seward's Dracula - First Folio Theatre

The Chicago premiere of "Dr. Seward's Dracula" picks up the story where Bram Stoker's tale left off! This spooky adaptation runs through November 6 at First Folio Theatre in Oakbrook.
Sing To Live, Lights! Camera! Action! - Glenview and Oak Park

And on the concert beat, the Sing to Live Community Chorus will be performing lights! Camera! Action! Movie and TV theme songs, Saturday in Glenview and Sunday in Oak Park. This chorus is made up of breast cancer survivors, and friends and family of survivors. Admission is free for all survivors!

Halloween Gathering Festival & Parade - Chicago Cultural Mile

The Halloween Gathering Festival and Parade is back! Beginning at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, several locations along the Chicago Cultural Mile will have performances, mask-making workshops, a kids' costume parade around Cloud Gate and an all souls train on the Van Buren Street Bridge! The parade filled with Halloween spectacle, steps off at 6:00 p.m. along Columbus from Balbo to Monroe.

Wheaton Haunted Halloween Flea Market - DuPage County Fairgrounds

The Wheaton haunted Halloween Flea Market is a spook-tacular event at the DuPage County Fairgrounds! Live entertainment, special spooky guests, and zombie games are just a few of the thrilling events Saturday from 3 p.m. to midnight!

Nightmare On Chicago Street - Elgin

It's time to save the city - again! Nightmare on Chicago Street is your chance to save the city of Elgin from the zombies and all that comes with them! Make it to the safe zone Saturday from 6 to 11 p.m.
'Hotel Transylvania' and trick-or-treating - Navy Pier

There's lots of Halloween family fun at Navy Pier! You'll be able to see the Halloween Gathering pParade, as it passes by the pier on Saturday night there's a screening of "Hotel Transylvania" and Sunday, trick-or-treating from noon to 4 p.m.

Chicago Haunted River Tours - Navy Pier

Experience Chicago's spookier side aboard the Seadog during the Chicago Haunted River Tours from Navy Pier! Tours are Fridays through Sundays through October 30.

Night Of 1,000 Jack-O-Lanterns - Chicago Botanic Garden, Glencoe

Night of 1,000 Jack-O-Lanterns is the Chicago Botanic Garden's new Halloween event! More than a thousand hand carved pumpkins will light up the night, along with the ghostly model railroad garden and seasonal food and drinks. It runs through Sunday.

Chicago Riverwalk Pumpkin Patch - Riverwalk & Columbus

And another new Halloween event is the Chicago Riverwalk Pumpkin Patch! Check out rides like bounce houses and slides, carnival games, pumpkins and fall-themed foods along the Riverwalk at Columbus! It runs through October 30.
