NILES, Mich. (WLS) -- The grandmother of a Michigan man charged with stabbing three other passengers and a conductor on an Amtrak train says he needs psychological help.

Ethel Williams says her grandson Michael Williams was never the same after military service and once told her he felt like people were always following him.

The stabbings happened Friday night as the Chicago-to-Port Huron train was stopped in Niles, Michigan.
