Aurora man charged with exposing himself to 13-year-old in Warrenville

WARRENVILLE, Ill. (WLS) -- Josue Pedraza-Lopez, 24, has been charged with exposing himself to a 13-year-old in Warrenville, police said.

Pedraza-Lopez, of Aurora, allegedly approached the juvenile while riding a bike in the 2S700-block of Continental Drive around 4:45 p.m. Tuesday, police said. Police began surveillance on him after the incident was reported the next day and arrested him Thursday, police said.

Pedraza-Lopez is being held in DuPage County Jail and faces charges of sexual exploitation of a child and unlawful distribution of harmful material to a minor.
