Better Government Association: Pension abuse

CHICAGO (WLS) -- It is legal for government workers to boost retirement income, but some of the means used are questionable.

As the Better Government Association recently reported, hundreds and perhaps even thousands are exploiting loopholes in Illinois pension law.
