Bright lights reported in Chicago skies

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Something lit up the skies over Chicago Monday night.

Three sightings were reported and an ABC7 Eyewitness News viewer caught the bright lights on video around 6:30 Monday night.

There is no confirmation over whether it was a meteor, some space junk or something else.

The American Meteor Society is investigating the reports.
