CHICAGO (WLS) -- The National Museum of Mexican Art in Chicago's website has apparently been hacked.

On Wednesday, someone replaced the website with what appears to be graphics and writings that reference Islam.

The museum is in the Pilsen neighborhood and opened in Chicago in 1987. It's a big supporter of arts and education initiatives.

ABC7 was unable to reach the museum for a comment.
