CREEDMOOR, N.C. -- Police in Creedmoor, N.C., were called to a SunTrust branch for an bank robbery late Tuesday afternoon around 5 p.m. at the bank in the 200 block of South Main Street.

Police said a black man dressed as an elderly female entered the bank and passed a note to the teller demanding money.

The suspect was described as approximately 20-30 years old, with a thin build. He weighed 130-160 pounds and stood 5'7" to 5'9" tall.

He was wearing a blue jean dress, red long sleeve under shirt, red gloves, grey bedroom slippers, a black ladies purse, glasses, and a black, long ladies wig.
