SCHILLER PARK, Ill. (WLS) -- FBI agents returned to a crematorium in Schiller Park for a third day as an investigation involving donated human bodies continues.

Earlier this week, federal agents raided the west suburban crematory business and the Biological Resource Center in northwest suburban Rosemont. Both companies have the same owner.

According to its website, the company describes itself as a "...bridge between those individuals who donate their body and the medical research and education community..."

The investigation appears to involve the handling of human remains, donated for non-transplant and medical use. It may be part of a larger, multi-state probe.

In the past few months, FBI agents have also raided companies with the same name - Biological Resource Center - in Arizona and Detroit, Mich.

Back in May 2014, the Centers for Disease Control said it was investigating reports that workers at the Arizona facility were exposed to HIV, Hepatitis B and C, tuberculosis and other diseases.
