Firefighters rescue man stuck in sewer

NILES, Ill. (WLS) -- A man is rescued after a sewer caves in on him Saturday evening in northwest suburban Niles when a crew was doing work on a neighborhood sewer system.

Firefighters say the man was breathing and talking when they arrived on the scene.

The man was freed and taken to the hospital.

Police say he may have a broken leg.
