CHICAGO (WLS) -- Frozen fire hydrants made it challenging for firefighters trying to quell the flames at a West Side building near Albany and Van Buren Thursday morning.

The fire, which rekindled, caused a roof collapse.

Officials say that all of the building's occupants were able to get out safely. There were no injuries.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
