Gary police searching for man charged in drive-by shooting

GARY, Ind. (WLS) -- Gary police are searching for a man facing attempted murder charges in connection with a drive-by shooting last week.

Police say Dion Clayton, 22, fired shots from a vehicle in the 1400-block of E. 51st Ave. on Jan. 15 that struck another man approximately six times. The victim was hospitalized and is recovering from his injuries.
