Graffiti vandals hit Buffalo Grove parks in recent weeks, police say

BUFFALO GROVE, Ill. (WLS) -- Vandals have hit suburban Buffalo Grove park areas with graffiti in the past few weeks and police are asking residents to be on alert.

The suburb's police department issued a statement Wednesday that said they have received several complaints about graffiti. The vandalism is occurring during the late evening and night-time hours, police said.

Anyone with information about the vandals is asked to call the police department at 847-459-2560.
