HIGHLAND PARK, Ill. (WLS) -- A Highland Park teenager accused of inhaling a cleaning solution, or "huffing", before allegedly causing a fatal crash will go to trial on Tuesday.
Prosecutors were not able to reach a plea deal with the attorney for 19-year-old Carly Rousso.
Rousso has opted for a bench trial where a judge will decide the case.
In September 2012, Rousso lost control of her car and crashed into a woman and her three children on the sidewalk, killing 5-year-old Jaclyn Santos-Sacramento.
