Homewood Police emergency drill simulates school attack

HOMEWOOD, Ill. (WLS) -- Police in suburban Homewood Tuesday conducted an emergency, critical incident drill, simulating an attack at the Churchill School.

Police from Homewood and neighboring suburbs took part.

Volunteers pretended to be injured in the drill. Streets around the school were closed during the exercise.
