A young boy, who was an honorary member of the Washington Township Fire Department has died after suffering from Leukemia.

A young boy, who was an honorary member of the Washington Township Fire Department in New Jersey has died after suffering from leukemia.

Aiden Riebel was sworn in last November. On Wednesday, the 7-year-old lost his battle with cancer.

Aiden had been fighting leukemia since he was 1-year-old.

He touched the lives of so many.

As his condition worsened, other fire departments learned about his dream of being a firefighter.

His name is now on the roster of fire departments all around the world!

Action News has learned that he will be given the honor of a firefighter funeral, next week.
