CHICAGO (WLS) -- A 15-year-old boy is accused in the sex assault of a woman at her South Side home, Chicago police said.

The teen was charged as a juvenile with aggravated criminal sex assault with a weapon and three counts of home invasion, all felonies, police said. Court information was not immediately available.

Monique Isaiah went public with her story of survival, hoping it would help police find her attackers.

She told ABC7 Eyewitness News three men climbed through a window of her home in the city's Rosemoor neighborhood Wednesday night, ransacked her bedroom and ripped a TV off a wall.

Isaiah said she did everything they told her to, all while thinking about her two-year-old son who was asleep in the next room.

"I can't get it out of my mind, me waking up and him being right there. It's deep in my mind and I don't know what to do to get it out," she said.

Isaiah has a home security system. But she said she left it off that night because her husband was getting home from work late.

She urged anyone who might know the attackers to give that information to police.

Authorities said the investigation is ongoing and detectives are looking for additional suspects.
