Lights go out on Emanuel as he discusses natural resources

CHICAGO (WLS) -- The lights went out on Mayor Rahm Emanuel while he was speaking about saving our planet's resources Tuesday night at the Nature Conservancy conference.

The lights were out for about 15 seconds.

Emanuel was talking about protecting fresh water resources.
