A Chicago developer says a new penthouse in Lincoln Park is the priciest condo in Chicago so far this year.

Ricker-Murphy Development says the duplex penthouse on the top two floors at the Lincoln Park 2550 Building is listed for $13 million.

For that very large price tag you get 38 floor-to-ceiling windows with a 360 degree view of Lake Michigan, Lincoln Park and the Chicago skyline.
