Darrick Williams, 53, accused of holding woman against her will for more than 12 hours

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Darrick Williams, charged for allegedly assaulting a woman and holding her against her will for more than 12 hours, is being held on $300,000 bond.

Prosecutors said Williams, 53, kidnapped a woman who came into his South Side home and assaulted her.

The woman was finally able to use her cell phone to text a friend after more than 12 hours. The friend then called police.
