Man attempted to lure 11-year-old near Albany Park, police say

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Police are searching for a man who allegedly tried to lure an 11-year-old boy to his vehicle in the city's far North Side, police said.

The boy was walking northbound in the 4400-block of Keeler Avenue around 3:10 p.m. Thursday when he saw a man sitting inside a parked four-door black Lincoln Town Car, police said. The man allegedly pulled out of the spot, stopped by the boy and said, "Where do you live?" and "Get in the car!" before the boy ran away, police said.

The man then drove away southbound on Keeler Avenue, police said.

The suspect is described as a bald Hispanic man with a mustache between 30-40 years-old, police said. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact Chicago police.
