Man exposes himself to 3 girls in Lincoln Park, CPD says

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A man exposed himself to girls in three separate incidents in Lincoln Park, police said.

The man approaches the minors and exposes his genitals as they walk on the sidewalk, officials said. Two of the public indecency offenses took place in the 1900-block of N. Orchard Street on October 10 at 7:15 p.m. and October 21 at 8:30 a.m. The most recent incident took place in the 1800 block of North Howe Street on October 25 at 4 p.m.

Orchard and Howe are both just south of Armitage Avenue.

The man is described as white, in his early 20s and about 5'9" with short, brown hair. He was wearing a black, puffy coat or hooded rain coat with jeans, police said.
