Man in critical condition after attack at Bears tailgate party

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A Bears fan is in critical condition after being attacked while tailgating last weekend near Soldier Field.

Police say the 57-year-old man got into an argument with another fan in the McCormick Place parking lot when it turned into a physical altercation.

The police report indicates the man was discovered incapacitated near his SUV with injures to his head and face.

He was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital for treatment.

No one is in custody.
