RIVERSIDE, Ill. (WLS) -- A man has pleaded guilty to entering a Riverside grade school's parking lot wearing a bulletproof vest and acting in a "bizarre manner," police said.

Jeffrey Wiaman Wo, of San Francisco, entered the lot at St. Mary's Catholic Grade School on Nov. 4 around 12:41 p.m. Wo's behavior was "odd and alarming to school staff and students," police said.

Wo waved a jury and pleaded guilty to one count of disorderly conduct Dec. 4. His family accompanied him from San Francisco to attend the court date.

The case has been turned over to the FBI, as police said Wo made erroneous statements that he wanted to contact different government officials and had worked for the FBI.
