Man rescued from 31st Street Beach, in critical condition

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Rescue teams pulled a man from the waters off 31st Street Beach Monday evening.

Paramedics could be seen giving the man CPR at the scene. Fire officials say he was transported to Mercy Hospital where he is in critical condition.

No details about his identity have been released other than that he is an adult male.
