Man with schizophrenia missing from Elmwood Park

ELMWOOD PARK, Ill. (WLS) -- A 34-year-old man with schizophrenia is missing from suburban Elmwood Park.

Johnny Cuevas Ortega was last seen leaving his home to go to the store on September 20th, according to his family.

Ortega is about 5'8" tall and 145-150 lbs. Ortega's family says he was last seen wearing a white T-shirt with blue jeans and a khaki green colored jacket.
