Mentally ill teen missing from Cicero

CICERO, Ill. (WLS) -- Police are asking for the public's help locating Jonathan Ramirez, 19, who is missing from his Cicero home. His family says he suffers from bipolar disorder and schizophrenia and is not taking his medication.

Police say an examination of Ramirez's internet search history indicates he may be headed to Kansas or California with the intent to change his name or his identity. He was last seen in the 1800-block of 60th Court.

Ramirez is described as a Hispanic male, 5 ft. 10 in. tall and 140 lbs. with a thin build, brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a red jacket and black skull cap.
