The man accused of videotaping a boy in a Wrigley Field bathroom appeared in court Tuesday. Prosecutors said there is new evidence there could be more victims.

Court documents suggest there are at least four other victims allegedly captured on video by Nichols Gregor in a Wrigley Field bathroom.

Gregor, 37, said nothing as he listened to the allegations against him in court that he videotaped young boys in and around the restroom during Saturday's game at Wrigley Field. Prosecutors said police recovered two cameras: a cell phone and a digital recorder.

"A black bag was held approximately waist-high and was pointed at the witness's groin," said Marilyn Salas-Wail, assistant state's attorney.

The father of a 12-year-old noticed Gregor allegedly trying to tape his son. He confronted Gregor and called police.

Investigators later discovered recordings Gregor allegedly made near the urinals Saturday from 1:45 p.m. to 3:25 p.m. They recovered several video files of males urinating in troughs and stall. They said at least four of the alleged victims appears to be under 18 years old.

"In the videos, the penises of the males are visible. The faces of a number of the males are captured," Salas-Wail said.

This is not the first time Gregor has been accused of sex crimes against children. He had to register as a sex offender after being convicted of taking video of underage boys in a locker room in St. Charles six years ago.

The judge called Gregor a "predator" and "a danger to the community and himself." She ordered him held without bond.
