Four NFL players have been sidelined in the last two weeks over allegations of domestic violence.
Ray Rice, Adrian Peterson, Greg Hardy and Jonathan Dwyer are all benched. But some have questioned whether the NFL handled the cases appropriately.
Late Thursday night, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell sent a memo to the teams announcing that the league is partnering with a domestic violence hotline and a sexual violence resource center. The NFL will provide financial, operational and promotional support. Then on Friday, Goodell made his first public statements in more than a week.
