No charges in alleged Dominican Univ. sex assault

RIVER FOREST, Ill. (WLS) -- No charges will be filed in connection with an alleged sexual assault at Dominican University in west suburban River Forest.

The incident was reported after an underage drinking party at an on-campus dorm on Saturday.

The victim was treated and released.

A person of interest turned himself in to police Monday.

Investigators with the Cook County State's Attorney's Office interviewed all people involved and decided not to file charges.
