North Side package thief caught on camera

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A Chicago homeowner is changing the way he orders packages after watching one get stolen right off his front porch.

A moment after Amazon delivered a package to a home in the West Ridge neighborhood Sunday, a thief grabbed it and took off. The homeowner's security camera caught it all.

In the future, he plans to schedule deliveries for only when someone is home.
