O'Hare employee James Matthews stole from military foot locker, police say

CHICAGO (WLS) -- James Matthews, of Sauk Village, is charged with two counts of felony theft after being accused of stealing items from military foot lockers that were headed overseas, officials said.

Matthews, 41, was allegedly seen in a security video taking mail and a foot locker that contained a laptop, police said.

His bond is set at $100,000 and he is due back in court Wednesday.
