Riverdale man charged in fatal Harvey car accident

HARVEY, Ill. (WLS) -- Kevin Dixon, 18, of Riverdale has been charged with reckless homicide in the deaths of two teenagers. Police say Dixon was driving a stolen vehicle when he lost control and plowed into a utility pole in Harvey on July 27th.

Two passengers in his car died.

Investigators say Dixon was driving more than 30 miles over the speed limit.
