CHICAGO (WLS) -- For the second time in a week, a Chicago Police memorial horse in the Magnificent Mile has been vandalized.
This time, it was the bronze statue near Chicago and Michigan. Police say the horse's tail was broken off and the statue was knocked over.
A surveillance camera caught three people allegedly vandalizing the statue, but so far, no arrests have been made.
Last Sunday, the wings of the bronze horse near Illinois and Michigan were broken off of the memorial.
